I've been thinking of the Elon, Jeff and Mark's of the world as boy men who have Peter Pan energy. They arrive at midlife with too much money, and instead of seeing the catastrophes unfolding and the connection to their club the Hoarders Without Borders that billionaires created, they create a new distraction game show "Who Wants To Be A Trillionaire."
This can stop if the people who create actual wealth start taxing the harm hoarders inflict on us from annoying Substack detritus to genocidal suicide machines being trained on Palestinian children all for profit. And not a 2-3% wealth tax, but something like 20-30% like I pay as a mall art publisher here in Seattle.
Between now and the time we realize we are all one, responsible for each other's welfare and plants and animals on this ocean planet, I promise to do my best to fend off the bot lint.
