About That Exercise
...and some other things...
Hi everyone,
Well, it’s one week until book tour. I have a ton of interviews this week (very grateful for that), and packing, and then I’m off. I’ll try to post a final schedule before I leave.
I’m really looking forward to meeting some/many of you along the way. Unlike last time, most of the events will have book signings - always a nice, if brief, chance, to say hello in person.
A few things to talk about before we get into our debrief on the January 4 exercise…
First: I just got a box of this beautiful U.S. edition of Vigil in the mail:

Second, here’s some information on my upcoming Los Angeles event, sponsored by the magnificent Skylight Books, an event that will be, I think, pretty special - I’ll be in conversation with Kelly Corrigan, and there will performances by Judy Greer and Stephen Root, both of whom read on the (soon-to-be available audiobook).
Third, I want to thank Annemarie Gallaugher for compiling this phenomenal compilation (below) of your responses to my question about what you read and loved best this year. A tremendous amount of work went into this and we so appreciate it, Annemarie!
