Freakification, Part II

A clarification that may amount to a total refutation. :)

I’m aware that the holidays are upon us, and that many of us may be busy with that, so I think we won’t start a new story for a little bit here. 

We’re in Los Angeles and things are feeling very festive and even Dickensian. It occurs to me that I haven’t been in a city during the holidays in many, many years. People really are, you know, “rushing to and fro” and all of that, arms “full of packages” and I have also observed verifiable instances of “holiday glow” on “ruddy cheeks” and so on.
